65 Roses Needed For Halifax Women

Every Week at Alderney Landing Farmers Market I meet the most interesting people. Last Saturday, I met Vicky Vaughan, who is the mother of  29 year old Vanessa Vaughan. Vanessa has cystic fibrosis. Children are taught to pronounce it 65 roses.  The relationship between mother and daughter is strong.  Vanessa is on the waiting list to get a lung transplant. She has had to move from Halifax to near Toronto due to failing health.   Please help Vanessa out. Vicky’s energy and kindness really made me think that we all should be helping people whenever we can.
